Youth Week @ Ghost Ranch

What is it?
Youth Week at Ghost Ranch is a week of fellowship, fun, and faith, set in the incredible scenery at Ghost Ranch. Youth will room together in Ranch housing and have days full of fun fellowship activities, worship, and small group time. Supervision is consistent, whether with our Presbytery adult advisors, or with staffing from the Ranch itself. We expect our group to be one of many present, with a total number of youth between 50-70!

Who can go?
Youth entering 6th grade in August of 2024, through seniors graduating in May of 2024, are all invited! We'll split up into age-appropriate and specific groups at various points throughout the week, but also love having a wide age range present! I'll also be looking for adult advisors to accompany our youth.

Transportation:
Participants can either arrange their own transportation to Ghost Ranch, or plan to meet as part of a Presbytery carpool on June 23. I often need additional drivers to help drive youth up, so if you might be available, let me know!

How does registration work?
We organize for Youth Week as a Presbytery delegation, so after youth/families fill out our registration form, I'll register our entire group together with Ghost Ranch. Ghost Ranch is charging $425/person for the week -- the Presbytery will cover $100 of that per participant, and we encourage churches to contribute $200 per participant so that costs to families won't exceed $125 per participant. We think this is an incredible opportunity for growth and transformation for our young people -- if cost is a barrier to your family, or to a youth in your congregation, please let me know, so that we can work to secure additional funding to enable that youth to attend.

After youth register, their spot can be secured by writing a check to the Presbytery of Santa Fe, 217 Locust ST NE, ABQ, NM, 87102, for $125. The Presbytery will handle all finances with Ghost Ranch, so families and churches will be reimbursing the Presbytery for associated costs.
Our registration deadline will be May 5, 2024. Please distribute this registration form to your youth as soon as possible-- I've attached a flyer from Ghost Ranch if it is helpful as you promote this great event!
